Welcome to Rhonda Brown Massage. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or book our services.

1. Services

Rhonda Brown Massage provides professional massage therapy services, including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, and Sports Massage. All services are provided by a licensed massage therapist and are intended for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only.

2. Booking and Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure an appointment. Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of Rhonda Brown Massage.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for completed services. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

5. Health and Safety Policy

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before receiving treatment. Rhonda Brown Massage reserves the right to refuse service if a client has a contagious illness or a condition that may be aggravated by massage therapy. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused service and charged the full amount for the missed session.

6. Code of Conduct

Professionalism is strictly maintained at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, and future services may be denied.

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Client records and information are kept confidential.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and comfortable experience, Rhonda Brown Massage is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or medical complications arising from massage therapy. Clients assume all risks associated with massage therapy and agree not to hold Rhonda Brown Massage liable for any outcomes related to the services provided.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Rhonda Brown Massage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
